Social Contribution Principles

: As a locally based company from Ulsan, we consider how best to help the city before anything else when it comes to donations and any form of social contribution.

: At Sejin Heavy Industries, employees volunteer their time and resources of their own volition simply for the sake of benefiting society.

: All social contribution activities should be considered for their long-term potential and examined from a cost-benefit perspective.
Volunteer Corps
All Sejin Heavy Industries employees take part in the company’s Volunteer Corps,
which was launched in 2012. Staff members are proud to continuously extend a
helping hand to underprivileged people in local communities every year.
In collaboration with the Ulsan Council on Social Welfare, the corps helps
local social welfare centers for the disabled and other underprivileged
individuals, infusing them with hope for a better future.
Payroll Donations
At Sejin Heavy Industries, employees contribute small amounts(under KRW 3,000)
every month to an Employee Fund, at which time the company donates a
matching amount of money in an effort to promote a culture of donating right
across the company.

activities are concentrated on benefiting local communities. At the same time, we are constantly engaged in various environmental
protection initiatives as we improve our work process to ensure we become more eco-friendly. In the future, we will continue
our initiatives to protect the environment and to help local communities develop more effectively through systematic donation and
volunteer activities
